Just perfect. I live overseas and needed to arrange flowers for a funeral in the U.S. Since I couldn’t be there or oversee any part of the process, I was naturally worried. Emily was kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and reassured me every step of the way. Emily and her colleagues also took the time to confirm the date and time of the memorial service in advance to ensure the flowers would be delivered promptly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier. Thank you v much.
