Mercury Builders typically doesn’t do remodels but did it as a favor to a mutual friend. Keith (PM), Ed and Jeff were all great to work with. Doing a complete outside remodel to include a small garage extension on an older home is a bit of a challenge. There are a lot of moving parts. Subcontractors aren’t easy to manage and properly sequence. The team did a great job herding the cats and managing the quality of the work. They were very responsive when we reached out with any concerns. We are about 90-95% complete, just waiting on the weather to paint the outside. But wanted to express our gratitude for the quality of the work, attention to detail and being easy to work with.
