Daniel did an excellent job putting together a detailed and clear estimate, which made the whole process easy to understand. Ginsely was always quick to keep me updated on the project and very responsive whenever I had questions. The crew did a fantastic job with the roof replacement. Reliance Roof Pros recently completed a difficult roof replacement for us. When the need for a new roof was evident because of some leaks in our home, we got estimates from 6 highly rated roofers in the Portland metro area. Reliance was one of those interviewed. When I was a real estate broker, I had many occasions to refer new and repair roofers for my clients. The best, over many years of experience, was Cooper Mountain Roofing. Cooper Mtn joined up with Reliance years ago, and their estimate for our roof replacement was in the middle of the roofing companies. Because of my past experiences with Cooper Mountain, we selected Reliance/Cooper Mtn. Their work was absolutely perfect. They were on schedule, even with the horrible weather conditions (a couple of atmospheric river episodes) and Christmas holidays. They provided terrific communication and work timing that met our various needs. Our first introduction with Reliance/Cooper Mtn was with Daniel Kim. Several times he crawled into our tight attic area to place and empty buckets that were collecting the heavy water leaking, saving a lot of interior ceiling. Ginsely and Daniel quickly answered many of our questions and addressed our various needs. Salomon, David, and Juan provided excellent work on the laying of the roof materials. They were especially professional as they were handling the attached patio roof that my son and I had attached years ago. We strongly refer Reliance/Cooper Mtn roofers.

Do not hesitate to hire Cooper Mountain Roofing for your roofing project. I solicited quotes from five roofing companies. I rejected three immediately after meeting in-person the sales person (let's just say "shady," and not in a good roof-shade kind of way). One other company simply refused to commit to even an vague installation date. I picked Cooper Mountain because Casey is a no b.s. straight-shooter: answered every question with expertise, produced a quote with exacting detail, steered me in every right direction (install gutter guards if you don't have them), and committed to a realistic installation time window. As for the installation crew that showed up to do the tear-off and replace? Oh my goodness gracious. A pure pleasure to have them on my property for three days and master roofers to the man -- artists, really -- in what they accomplished.

I had my roof replaced last year by Cooper Mountain and I enjoyed working with them. No pressured sale, full disclosure of itemized price, great prices among other competitive companies. The crew worked hard and fast. What I like the most about the company is the after service. After roof installation, I noticed a few nails on the ground and they quickly sent someone with a magnet sweeper to properly clean up. A year later, a roof vent is missing and Casey came within the day to replace it, with no added cost, just before the great rainy seasons. I don’t know how many roofs I have to replace in a lifetime but I’ll also use and recommend Cooper Mountain.
