I interviewed several companies about getting my 37 year old AC replaced. Roots was the best by far: Sean (co-owner) took the time to explain all options thoroughly installation was timely; Mario (head of crew) was very knowledgeable about the entire installation; the crew was clean and tidy. At the last minute, they even managed to replace a badly damaged furnace at the same install. They are very competitively priced. I highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could.

Super easy to work with. Great response time for calls, texts, and services. Reasonable prices. The team that installed the new HVAC system was friendly, professional, and open to any questions about the system, etc. They also cleaned up after the installation, and hauled away the old system. I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with. They did a great job!

Got 4 quotes for replacing a furnace, after an experience with a prior contractor was not great and decided to go with Roots if that tells you anything! Super amazing start to finish! Very impressed with the whole Roots team, including the receptionist, the owners who gave the quotes, and of course the install team. Roots has very competitive pricing but I was even moreso impressed by every single team members kindness and ability to explain options and what any differences mean to someone who doesn’t know a lot about HVAC, without making me feel stupid. Install team completed the job in just a few hours and left work area spic and span. Roots also took care of permitting, scheduling inspection, and mailing the warranty. Definitely items recommend Roots for all your HVAC needs!
