        I couldn’t be more happy with the service I was provided by Extreme Air Services. Obviously it’s summer so my AC decided to stop working. I called a couple places but they were unavailable. When I called Extreme Air Services, it was nice from start to finish. The receptionist was very polite and professional. They were able to get me an appointment the same day without an extremely high service fee. There was a fee, but it was very reasonable, especially considering it was same day service. Additionally with two kids in the house, one being only 3 months old, getting this resolved quickly was of the highest priority. My technician was Michael Maxam. Incredibly knowledgeable and service oriented. He was able to diagnose and explain the situation to me easily and I know nothing about AC. Michael explained the process and had already looked up my unit for the warranty. Thankfully the parts were covered and Michael was able to get them ordered. That warranty saved us a ton. Michael and the company worked with me to make sure I was able to get the financing squared away. I mentioned I was a veteran and it was clear the company and Michael were very appreciative and supportive of our nations veterans. We got everything settled and an appointment set. Michael even topped off our unit with coolant to be sure we could stay cool until the appointment. Day of the service, Michael, and his son working with him, were on time and was just as friendly as ever. He is the kind of person you want to do business with because you can trust him. That extends to the company because they employ Michael. The appointment went well and the unit was all set up. Everything was explained and the temperature was tested before he left. I was more than satisfied and appreciative of the level of service provided. I had already had Michael’s card Incase anything was needed. Unfortunately I did need to call back. Michael and his son came back out without any problem at all. It was top notch service again. No additional fees as this was a call back. Michael and his son evaluated the problem and even hung out in the attic above the garage to remedy the issue. And it was a hot day. The issue was resolved and it was cool again. I cannot thank Extreme Air Services, and more importantly, Michael and his son for the level of service provided. With something that is always expensive, I can feel good knowing it was done right and at a high level. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

        I had an issue after initial install of my AC unit and subsequent new thermostat. Lupe came out and did a great job to get things running again. The dispatcher also did a good job of scheduling the repair, which was under warranty. Things happen, but Xtreme did a good job of taking care of the issues.
